Date and Banana Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 organic bananas, peeled and sliced
- 5 organic chopped dates - make sure you take our the pips if using Medjool Organic dates.
- 2 tbsp organic Greek yogurt
- 200ml organic cows milk or plant based alternative - add more after blending if you want your smoothie to be thinner
- 3 ice cubes if you want your smoothie cold
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the sliced organic bananas, chopped organic dates, organic Greek yogurt, and organic milk.
