What makes honey organic?
Organic honey is produced to certified organic standards, covering where the bees forage and how the honey is handled, with no synthetic treatments. It is a good choice if you want honey that is as natural and traceable as possible.
Light or dark honey?
Acacia is pale, mild and slow to set, which makes it lovely for sweetening drinks and drizzling. Zambian forest honey is darker and richer, with a fuller flavour that stands up well on toast and in cooking. Try both to find your favourite.
Storing organic honey
