An organic and ayurvedic Yogi Tea blend of herbs has been created to help regulate the acid - alkaline base balance. Free from tea leaf and so caffeine free, this tea contains a broad range of popular herbs, such as dandelion, nettle and lavender, which are renowned for their health benefits and taste. All the ingredients have a PH level above 7 and so are alkaline in nature.

Ingredients: Lemon grass*, Lemon balm*, Dandelion*, Nettle*, Spearmint*, Raspberry Leaves*, Lavender Flowers*, Fennel*, Carrot*, Linden Flowers*, Alfalfa*, Parsley*. * Certified organic.

Brewing Suggestions: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100°C) over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. Enjoy!
