This A.Vogel Menopause Support tablets is a unique formulation of isoflavones from fermented soy, magnesium and hibiscus. A Vogel's soy isoflavone product is obtained using an extract of fermented soya beans and provides 50mg of bioavailable phytoestrogenic soy isoflavones or 24mg of genistein daily, shown by research to be the right dosage. This formulation contains magnesium (known to help with symptoms such as tiredness and fatigue), hibiscus and vervain.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones) and 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium oxide. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.
1 tablet contains 56.5 mg magnesium.

Instructions: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food. Can be used with HRT. This product is not suitable for children. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if pregnant, breast-feeding or taking hormonal contraception.
Side effects: As with all food supplements, stomach upsets or nausea can sometimes occur, although not everyone will experience these symptoms. Some people may also be allergic to the ingredients of Menopause Support and if this happens, reactions may appear as a skin rash. These reactions are usually short-lived and if present, should go away by themselves without the need of any treatment. However, if they are troubling you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
