Lemongrass Essential Oil 10ml

This Amour 10ml lemongrass essential oil invigorates, energises and refreshes the body and mind. It soothes tired muscles and joints and is commonly used in sport massage oils after exercise. Lemongrass is one of the essential oils in our Joint & Muscle Ease blend, to help soothe and relieve everyday aches and pains. In skincare, lemongrass essential oil promotes healthy, youthful looking skin and is especially useful in face toners- try adding a few drops to your flower water, and shake vigorously before use. It is useful for diffusing outside to keep bugs away. It is an astringent, deodorising, antibacterial and antiseptic.

Ingredients: 100% pure llemonggrass essential oil 10ml. Nothing else added.

Suggested uses: Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath. Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Patch test before use on the skin.

Precautions: For use on the skin, dilute up to a max of 0.7%. Moderate risk of skin sensitivity, avoid use on hypersensitive or damaged skin. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Safe for children 2+ years old when used within the guidelines. Patch test before use. Do not take internally unless prescribed. If you have a medical condition check with your practitioner before use. Check before use to see if suitable for use on children.
